In your opinion, what is your favorite direct-to-video horror flick. I haven't seen alot of direct-to-video lately, but I'd probably have to say Cherry Falls.

All I've scene is Hellraiser-Hellseeker so that'd be it for me. By the way I thought Hellseeker is one of the best Hellraisers.

AND Cherry Falls also ROCKED! Too bad these werent theatrically released!

Yeah The Night Flier ( with an oustanding " bastard " Miguel Ferrer ) is a really good vampire movie !!
Otherwise I really like Ripper : Letter From Hell, certainly one of the best post - Scream slasher.

Yeah, like Arrow said in his review....Its to bad great stuff like this is DTV...and other sutff (that should be DTV) is theatrically released.

I kid you not. I dont understand why Jack Frost 1 gets respect when its slow, not gory, and pretty boring while Jack Frost 2 is fast, bloody and so stupid its actually amusing to watch with some buds.

bumping this up. Since almost a decade has passed, I'm interested in what new STV horror flicks have impressed people? I believe Hatchet 1 and 2 went STV here in the states, so it counts. Personally those didn't blow me away but I thought they did what horror of this type should do.
