Star Wars EU novels.

I've read the Thrawn trilogy and Jedi Search trilogy and loved both. But since there is SO MUCH EU content out there, I would like to know what else is worth reading? Any suggestions?

Anything by Timothy Zahn. The Hand of Thrawn Duology is good (though not as good as the Thrawn Trilogy), as is Survivor's Quest. I still have Outbound Flight and Allegiance waiting for me, but those are going to be great once I get to them.

Also, Labyrinth of Evil by James Luceno (takes place right before Episode III), and Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader (immediately after Episode III). Happy reading!

Glad you asked.

For the Bantam books, I recommend:

The Hand of Thrawn Duology (Spectre of the Past, Vision of the Future)
The X-Wing series by Mike Stackpole and Aaron Allston
I, Jedi (my namesake's story) by Mike Stackpole
Darksaber
The New Rebellion

For the Del Rey books, I recommend:

The New Jedi Order
Shatterpoint
Outbound Flight
Survivor's Quest
Yoda: Dark Rendezvous
Labyrinth of Evil

I haven't read Shadows of Mindor yet, but I've heard great things about it. I'm hesitant to suggest the Legacy of the Force series because I do not care for the direction they took certain characters. I haven't started the Fate of the Jedi either and am waiting for the books to enter paperback before I start.

Hope this helps

I've never been interested in the X-Wing series. But I keep hearing good things. That good eh?

I just picked up the Republican Command series by Karen Traviss. Supposed to be good.

I posted a "test video" with my new webcam a few days ago, where I showed off my signed EU books. Check it out...
