Equilibrium is a favorite movie of mine, dude. And Count, for some odd reason I can't post on your blog.

Here's my post to your most recent entry

To start with, block those users. Then you can set your blog so that only people who are already members can post. Lastly, when someone follows your blog, you get an email and if it's all in shit language, just deny them. It's as easy as that, dude. Just adjust your settings.

Heh, it's not that I didn't like it, it's that it just promises so much more than it delivers. I don't regret the time I spent watching it and I'm very glad for Renner's performance, which I also just recently learned landed him the part in The Hurt Locker. So, I must really say thanks for the recommendation, as it's probably not a film I would've watched of my own accord.

I don't see how it promises more than it delivers, I thought it was one of the better straight to DVD serial killer films, because it is a lot more honest and it isn't just made to show someone killing people. Renner is amazing, he is the reason to sit through the film, I picked this because a) I felt it was probably a film you hadn't seen, b) I thought it was a bit of a gem that not many people would know about and c) I was interested to see how you'd interpret the film

If you want to check out my review - http://supermarcey.com/2010/01/29/dahmer/

JoBlo Blogathon

I have been wicked busy this week and haven't even updated my blog in two whole days! (I know, that is like an eternity!)

But I did get my hands on a copy of Equilibrium, and I will watch it tonight for sure, which means my review should be up at some point tomorrow. I'll be sure to link it!

Well thank you GoW! Just read your thoughts on 11:14 SAI, sorry you didn't like it. Hopefully you at least found some of the dark humor in it enjoyable. I think when I watched it I had been boozing with some friends, which I am sure only added to the experience.

Well, I meant to have a science fiction marathon and blogging reviews for them all but I kinda got sidetracked and only reviewed The Arrival. Which brings me to my question (and the point of my side tracking, besides re-watching The Venture Bros.)... Does anyone believe there's anything to reviewing fan edits on blogs? I'm in the process of watching the excellent series of Red Book of Westmarch fan edits of The Lord of the Rings meant to bring them closer to the books (which feels like a fantastic epic miniseries) and am wondering if I should bother to review it. I'm still going to get on to those sci-fi films, but this sidetracked me and I am really considering it...

Hey is it possible to have another movie to review? I'm having far too many issues.

I really don't understand the film. I dunno who chose it for me. It's already like 2 weeks over due.

Plus, I have never written a movie review before.

Did you watch the film? It doesn't matter if you liked it or hated it, and since you haven't written a review before, just write whatever comes naturally. You can always read some of ours for inspiration.
