Fire Up The Ovens, It's a Sylvia Plath Thread!
I was introduced to Sylvia Plath's writing with her short story, The Yellow Wallpaper last year, and I ended up looking further into her work at the recommendation of a teacher earlier this year. I began with her poetry such as Tulip, and of course Daddy, her most well known written work. Not being one for poetry (I've always been interested, but haven't had much luck finding much of interest...so hit that pm box up with some recommendations!), I was really surprised at just how powerful her writing is. Just last week I wrapped up her semi-autobiographic novel The Bell Jar and can now consider myself an official fan! So am I the only one or what?
