Is Bind next to be released ?

For years I've read about Dan Walton's Bind, I've seen trailers...
I've also read a couple of articles here, talking about "stills from Bind", announcing an imminent release, but they didn't clear my mind and I can't sincerely reply to a very basic question: will that film ever produced ???

Does anyone know when Bind shows up, when Walton finishes it ?

I tried some links, Bind Facebook page and bindmovie.com, but those links don't work at all.
