What MP4 movies do you have?

Can anyone hook me up with some movies for my iPod? I've only got Daniel Tosh's Stand up that we can Trade for...

Any movies from Action to anything would be greatly appreciated!

Dude, why don't you just download some flicks and convert the avi files to Ipod Video files using the 3PG Converter?

Here's the link if you're interested:

http://www.divx-digest.com/software/3gp_converter.html

Works like a charm.

Scroll down a bit for some instructions on the following page if you run into trouble, but I doubt you will:

You can use Handbrake to convert to an iPod file from a DVD. I don't use an iPod or anything similar, but I do put a lot of films onto my computer so I can transport on my laptop and watch them on the TV at work with a DVI to video adapter. If not for downtime at work and this set-up, I'd be seeing a helluva lot less movies.

I'm not really sure how a Mac works, but couldn't you download a program? Otherwise I'm lost because I don't know the features of a Mac.

a good source of AVI format movies are torrents, i can't think of any others atm and i think you can do torrents with a Mac (as you can get Mac software through torrents) but i'm not sure.

The program i use is called BitLord and the site i goto is www.torrents.to

There shouldn't be any problem at all. I've converted tons of movies, shows etc. using it and it never fails.

Yo Tyler, just take any DVD you own and use Handbrake for Mac as previously was suggested. For AVI or any other files use http://www.isquint.org/ for Mac, it works like a charm! It will convert literally anything even YouTube files to MP4 that you can view on Ipod, PS3, etc.

Handbrake should work for you if you have an Intel Mac only though. It also may be the way you are doing your settings. As for iSquint, it works great and usually takes about 20mins to convert a 2 hr flick.

AVI to iPod Converter

AVI to iPod Converter can convert AVI, DivX, Xvid, ASF, WMV, FLV, SWF, MOV, MP4, 3GP, MPEG, VOB, DAT, MKV, and YouTube videos to MP4 files for any type of iPod. You can set the output MP4 file's video format, bit rate, resolution, quality, audio frequency, channels, and volume.

That's pretty much what I end up doing all the time. Still not sure how to make Handbrake work but this set-up I've use for a long time not. I've got Watchmen, Ghostbusters and Batman (1989) in iPod form. iSquint works perfectly for me (A Mac user btw)

Handbrake requires the newest build of OS X to work. That could be the issue.

A good mac torrent program is called transmission.

You could probably use freemake (free) to transcode your video files to the Apple iPod format then drop them into iTunes to sync with your iPad.
