iPhone 4 or Droid Razor?

I am about to upgrade my phone and both of these are "free" (aside from the upgrade charge which I can put on the next bill).

I'm just trying to figure out which one I should get.

Get the iPhone 4.

I personally prefer android, but Apple makes a great phone and Motorola makes a shitty phone.

The iPhone does have better battery life and is higher rated. Really, the main advantages of an Android phone are using third-party apps and having a better camera.

I have the iPhone 4s and I really like it. Before that I had the 3G. I have more recently converted most of my tech stuff to Apple (Macbook & iPad) but I'm not the kind of person who tries to act like it's a lifestyle. I used to work for Verizon and went through just about every smartphone that came out.

In terms of being user friendly Apple is currently unbeatable. Droids have their advantages because they aren't as "on lock down" as an iPhone is with Apple. Their App store allows more freedom and have a much larger selection of free apps. But you can always jailbreak your iPhone, which I've done before and can be a lot of fun to mess around with.

The best Droid I had was the Motorola Droid X which was a large screen and incredibly fast. The issue I have with Droids in general is that they are on an 18 month design, which doesn't necessarily mean that your Droid will crap out in a year and a half but it will basically become obsolete and not eligible for any software upgrades.

You really can't go wrong with either option but if you are looking for other people who have dealt with both styles of smart phone and want their opinion, I would go iPhone.

If you do go iPhone, the differences between the 4 & 4s are not that extreme. Siri is not all it's cracked up to be and the difference in camera is not a deal breaker unless you plan on using the camera for professional use.

That is simalar to the iphone 5 when it came out
Alot of people thoguht there would be alot of features and other things but it is nrarly the same as the iphone 4

I think if you are going to bring out a new mobile there should be alot of diffrences so a peron will be interestied in the mobile and want to buy it

Do you watch porn? Because it's easier to watch flash porn vids on an Android phone then on an iPhone.

Not true. A lot of porn sites have created mobile alternatives that run better using HTML 5 as oppose to flash which Adobe has already gone on record of saying they won't really support future updates.

But to respond to the OP's original inquiry. I would recommend going for the iPhone. I've had both iOS, Android, and Blackberry devices and all have their pros and cons, but only Apple offers customer service that it's immeasurable. You know with an iPhone you're getting a quality built device that will be backed with a comprehensive one year warranty where all you have to do is take it to an Apple store and they'll fix it--same goes for headphones and chargers. Another plus is the number of applications. Now, I know the Google Play Store has expanded significantly over the last year, but a lot of the apps still are just mobile versions of the website counterpart.
