As a direct result of Arrow's review and some schmoe comments I finally hired Hellraiser: Inferno. Like it loads. Way better than expected. 4/5

The miserable acting/dubbing weighed the film down in a major way. This is probably the least impressive Fulci feature I've encountered thus far. The gore is incredible, though. I love how the camera always focuses on mini-geysers of blood. The "bat" scene is hilarious! I was hoping that Bob would bite the dust. That has to be the most aggravating child character in the history of the genre. It was still a fun movie aside from the atrocious acting and the lapses in logic. Dr. Freudstein is an awesome villain!

I saw Halloween: Resurrection in the theater a few nights ago. Prior to what the critics say, the movie rocked and the audience I saw it with thought so too for they were screaming and jumping every few minutes.

Spider Man, the Helraiser: Inferno DVD is quite good considering it's budget. If you love the movie it's a must have.

I watched SEVEN last night, wow what a disturbing flick. I'll be picking up the double disc set as soon as I can. 10/10.

Child's Play

I forgot how good this movie was

My favorite part has to be when the mother threatens to throw Chucky in the fire and then he comes to life calling her a 'bitch' and a 'slut' and all of that shit, i forgot about that part and nearly shit myself when it happened

Spider Baby-4/5
The Church-3/5
Nosferatu (remake, with commentary)-4.5/5

Also, I tried watching Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings with an open mind, but that was futile. There was some enjoyable cheese sprinkled here and there, but as a whole, the film still sickened me. The highlight was Linnea Quigley's sex scene. She can make almost any movie worth watching.

Just finished watching Resident Evil on DVD. To fans of the flick, buy it on Tuesday! It's worth it! But, to those expecting deleted gore, I'm afraid there's none to be had on this otherwise great disc.
