Mayhem, it begins like a Misery clone with cannibal sisters but it really evolves on something else and that's interesting.

It is well written but this movie has a made for tv look.

To be honest, I may have been a little harsh. It's harmless stuff, but the fucking hyperactive directing made it so hard to watch for me! And I wasn't ultimately happy with the ending, it was extremely convinient how everything turned out the way it did. But really no better or worse than the first film.

I thought the ending was great!

SPOILER************************************

It was not really contrived. IF the Detective had simply done what Jigsaw told him to do everything would have been okay. If he had just sat there and talked.
It was up to the Detective if this happened or not...and Jigsaw fathomed him out correctly and knew (or at least was damn sure) that his personality would never let him just sit there and take no action.
I thought it was very clever and actually psychologically sound.

The Devil's Rejects...8/10.
I must say,I think I actually prefer HO1KC.

The Firefly clan was far too restrained this time around.

House Of Wax, and A Tale Of Two Sisters.

I loved House Of Wax, and A Tale Of Two Sisters was great but really confusing.

Spoilers, too....................

Yeah it was sort of nicely tied up and tidy ending, despite some plotholes, but I just thought the overused "footage that wasn't actually live" device wasn't that surprising to see, it pondered my thoughts. I didn't like how Amanda was in on it. However, I did like the fact that his son was "in a safe place" all along. So the ending was up and down for me. The rest of the film was passable.

Surely given the HUGE success and massive hype...it's overrated!

Overhyped, and most definitely overrated. Clever marketing though, shame about the product..

Blair Witch is one of the scariest movies ever made c'mon !!

If you were alone in the woods in the middle of the night with creepy noises around you, you won't be proud believe me.

Let's see: Last Horror Flick. . .

I'm out of the loop I think, cuz the last one I saw was From Dusk Til Dawn. That movie calms me, so I pop it in the DVD player from time to time.

"Pyschos? They look like psychos? They were Vampires! Psychos, do not explode when sunlight hits then I don't give a fuck how crazy they are!"

Love that line.
