What's the nastyest Scene you've seen

What is the nastyest scene in a horror movie you have ever seen in your whole entire life.

For me it was in Hannibal when he ate the brains out of the drugged guy

I would have to say that scene in Gates of Hell in wich that girl in the car start spewing her guts out through her mouth...that was a bit much for me.

The first kill in Suspiria is pretty brutal and nasty.

There's this movie that I can't remember the name of that I saw at the theater in the early 80's. It was a Alien rip-off where these people were trapped on a space station with the space monster thing and the only thing that could kill it was cancer so the head doctor cut into his own stomach, ripped out his cancerous tumer and fed it to the monster. That was a pretty sick moment. People in the theater were actually gagging. I'm sure if I saw it today it would probably be laughable but then it was pretty sick.

The scene in The Cell where the guys gets his his intestines rolled out on a stick. It was very bloody and... Ouch!

Just and FYI Fuad, the name of the movie is Forbidden World aka Mutant, another Roger Corman production.

On numerous Wishmasters, where the guys skeletons and organs and stuff rip out of them, and the monsters come out and all...and on session9, the way the people are killed, I don't want spoil it, but, the thing through the eye, to sever nerves and stuff...
