Nappy Roots - Wooden Leather (Nowhere near as good as their first cd, but has some decent songs.)

Zane - Big Zane Theory (Amazing cd, if you like rap that is mainly about having fun, and talking about life then get this cd. The song I.O.U. should be listened to by everyone, it isn't about shooting people, or trying to get women, just saying thanks to everyone for helping getting here. That song alone deserves a purchase of this cd)

I don't know if you can consider it one album. They combined two EP's for the CD release.

SurferRosa & Come on Pilgrim by The Pixies

AND

London Calling by The Clash

I always thought the Pistols were a bit overrated. But you have to have them in your collection. That's why I own a Best Of myself.

You can't go wrong with the rest of your list.

I went on a bender this weekend, and now buyer's remorse has set in. I picked up:

Julee Cruise - The Art of Being a Girl
Bonnie "Prince" Billy - Master and Everyone
Spiritualized - Amazing Grace
Elliott Smith - Either/Or
Flaming Lips - "Fight Test" Maxi Single
The Royal Tenenbaums soundtrack (used)

Okay, so maybe 6 isn't exactly a bender, but it's the most I bought at once in a few years. Would have gotten more, but couldn't find them anywhere. Five shops in the East Village I go to, but none had Aereogramme's Sleep and Release, or used soundtracks for Grosse Point Blank and The Banger Sisters. Nor could I find decent prices for The Delgados' Hate or the new Radiohead. What's up with that?

Just got Erykah Badu's latest Worldwide Underground. I don't think it's as good as Mama's Gun, but it's not bad at all.
