I can officially declare my mom as awesome(I even thought so before she did this for me, but, she upped the level). She bought me, as a gift(randomly, not a birthday or anything like that):

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers in Widescreen!!! yay!!!

She knows that fullscreen is disgusting to me, so that made me happy when she remembered I hated fullscreen and love widescreen.

The Shield (The Complete First Season)

A bit expensive ($45.99), but it's worth it.

My shopping finally caught up with me!

Today I had planned to pick up:

Alias 1st Season
Angel 2nd Season
Identity and
Any Given Sunday

(with a few c.d.'s).

My credit card was declined!!! Too much shopping (it's okay, I have two, and the second one carries a balance of zero). I ended up having to put in the hold box Angel and Any Given Sunday. (I was buying them from where I work, so being declined wasn't that embarassing as I warned my friend at work before we tried to put the purchase through! )

So today I got

Alais Season One and
Identity (even though I absolutely despised the "twist", I'm giving it another shot. If not... back we go!)

Dungeons & Dragons for $9.44 at Wal-Mart. I don't really care for Wal-Mart (too religious for my tastes, they edit music, and very rarely carry the "unrated" versions of movies...AAHH!!!), but they occasionally carry good DVDs for low prices.
