Yes, but I suppose it's better than wasting a perfectly good gift card!

Does anyone else have a problem with thier prices? Oh yeah and you have to bring the tapes back by noon on the due date, not midnight like Hollywood video.

Definitely watch THE STUNT MAN, DRUGSTORE COWBOY & JERRY & TOM, which actually reminded me of a David Mamet film, of course it would just be the David Mamet/Mantegna thing. Let me just say that Sam Rockwell is SO, So , So [I hope I get my point across] amazing. He was the room service guy in MADE and the lawnmower in LAWN DOGS and the vile dude in THE GREEN MILE, as well as in HEIST and in many future projects to come. I see him as the next Vince Vaughn, except more Peter Lorre/Anthony Perkins-ish. Not only stylish but a great actor on demand, and plenty of studios want him.

Just got Jeepers Creepers - excellent DVD with a ton of extras (commentary, 60 minutes of featurettes, 18 minutes of deleted/extended scenes, trailers and an 8 minutes montage of photos). And a great film to boot!

Well I'm extremely picky, so I have less than fifty DVD films, including "Fight Club"(SE), "Memento", "Dogma"(SE), "Traffic", "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon"(Superbit), "Unbreakable"(SE),"Out of Sight"(SE), "Matrix"/"Matrix Rrevisited" set, "Big Trouble In Little China"(SE), "Total Recall"(SE), "Basic Instinct"(SE) and "Gladiator"(SE). Let's see my last three were :

1)"Moulin Rouge": Excellent 2-disk set. THe film is incredible, the disk presentation is phenominal and it has loads of great extras and easter eggs!

2)"Jurassic Park III": Was a christmas gift, and I enjoyed the film, even though at some parts it was a little preposterous. The extras are nice.

3)"Strange Days": Bought this one because I like the plot (story by James Cameron-"Titanic" "Terminator", "T2", "The Abyss"), the actors (Ralph Fiennes, Angela Bassett, Tom Sizemore, Vincent D'onofrio and Juliette Lewis) the direction (Katheryn Bigelow-"Point Break") and the music (Deep Forrest, Peter Gabriel, Skunk Anasie, Juliette Lewis). Terrific but underated film.

Good call Senefra. Vincent D'Onofrio is amazing as he is in Full Metal Jacket and The 13th Floor as well as Spanish Judges.

Hey CPG, thanks for that wonderful comment! I adore Vincent D'onofrio, even if he's doing television these days.

*looking in envy at all the DVDs' she sees others listing* Hmmm, "Die Hard" trio, "LA Confidential"(SE), "Godfather" series. Oh well, I guess I got more shopping to do...and I thought Christmas was over....*shuffles off to the nearest "Best Buy"*

Yesterday I bought Jeepers Creepers. I really enjoyed that movie, and I like the DVD a lot, especially the behind the scenes featurettes. The deleted scenes weren't as good as I hoped, but I still like it.

I think the last one I bought since that one was Moulin Rouge!, and I love it. Great great movie!
