Someone I know (blesses upon that person) surprised me with these two completely original, very rare, 1993 Marvel release comic books in mint condition. It's the first comic book I have, probably the only one I will have . . . but goddamn will I take care of these.

Hopefully this isn't as bad as the reviews make it out to be.

After this I'll be checking out Boomsday and Everyman.

I'm getting that. I'm a huge roller coaster aficionado.

Anyways. I went to the bookstore looking for Clive Barker's Imajica but didn't find it so I ordered it. Meanwhile, I got-

Good choices I think, I'd pick them up too if I actually had time to read anymore.
After reading about 100 pages of dense textbook stuff, all I want to do is watch tv or eat, not read more.

Boomsday is enticing though, I read the first chapter and it's some solid stuff.

The Americanization Of Benjamin Franklin

Maximum Ride - School's Out Forever - Looks OK , I'll give this series a chance. May be kiddie-fare but I'm not going to judge it without reading it.

i didn`t buy it.

but wow.like most king books in the 80`s they start alittle slow.but dam if the last 100 + pages ain`t nail biting stuff. its set with the mum and kid in a car with a big bloody dog outside and he(king) can hold your attention for that long, well then thats a good writer in my book.plus oh my god that person died ,i hated that bit but it worked king got me good.

wow i loved this book.number 3 king book after dead zone and dark half.
