I think some of you guys are totally missing the point of this thread. I think the poster wants you to post the charachter of the girl and obviously who plays her. I think a lot of you are just going with the actress you want as your gf. Which would make this the whole "Which Actress Would You LIke To Date Thread?"...Anyway having said that I think my choices would be.
Paz Vega as Flor Moreno In Spanglish  or Jennifer Connely as Josie McClellan in Career Opportunities

This is a no brainer for me. Now, yes, the movie is not very manly but Kimmy from My Best Friends wedding is the greatest. Here's why:
- She's beyond cute - she has Cameron Diaz in her prime for looks - her dad is filthy rich - So friendly and nice that you just want to hug her...until... - ...she has to be tough, and she can pull that off too. But she's just rather be cute as a button Kimmy has "it"

Here are my top picks so far. Sorry I cannot provide pics right now. Zhang Ziyi - IN ANYTHING, especially House of Flying Daggers. She could whip a$$ and was one of the sexiest things I've ever seen in a movie. Rachel McAdams - Wedding Crashers - u gush. Need I say more? Totally cool and hot hot hot! Emmy Rossum - Phantom of the Opera - Yowsa! Movie so-so, her - super hot. Natalie Portman - Whatever movie man - my pants just actually lept! I haven't thought on this for days or anything, but just fell in love with Zhang Ziyi when I saw that movie recently. How can you beat devastatingly beautiful, sexy, and bada$$ enough to whoop your a$$ if need be. Yum.
