Obscure Horror - THE GEEK
Hello...
I'm trying to track down a movie I saw when I was like 14. I bought it on second hand VHS something like ten years ago... It was called The Geek. Basically it was a movie set in the woods, and this woman was being terrorised by a mutated hilbilly weirdo. I remember in the end the bad guy was caught in a load of barbed wire and torn to pieces. It was complete crap. Still, I'd like to see it again for nostalgia's sake. Anyone know what the hell I'm blathering on about?

The only film that I can think of is the 1990 Luther the Geek. It's about a guy who witnesses a circus freak bite the heads off chickens and so he decides to bite the heads off of people. I have never seen it though because it looks like a Troma movie. Well thats all for now GOoD JOURNEY my fellow schmoes.

I'm pretty sure the one I saw was a different movie. It certainly didn't seem like a Troma movie because it was dead straight - no silliness!
I have a feeling this is one of those movies that has disappeared off the face of the earth.

I think I've found the movie you're talking about, although The Geek is an alternate title. Seems the real title is Backwoods. Is this what you're talking about?

Seems there was a movie made in 2008 called Backwoods too, the only links i can get to work from alluc go to that movie. It looks pretty bad...
