Best I can find is that it is by Marty Irwin.

That seems to be his company's website. Can't find a song title but the site has a contact link, maybe send him a quick email and see if you get a response?

The credits from his website dont mention Animal Insticts 2 but if you check his imdb, many of the imdb credits match the credits on his website so I am pretty sure that is his site.

Many thanks for your help, Mike. Prior to making this thread, I did a fair bit of research. But I came up with less than what you have found. Something that I did do is grab the film online. I have yet to watch it. But the credits after the movie should also help me out. I just like the song, and want to know the author, singer etc.
