Maggie Gyllenhaal is hands down a better actor than Katie Holmes. On the level of attractiveness I think they are in the same ballpark. Katie always seems fake and only has that one “smirk” look that she always does. Maggie on the other hand has a larger body of respected work with some sexy on screen moments as well. (SEE Sherry baby & the Secretary) I’ll take Maggie any day over Katie and any other so called “hotter” actress the nay sayers have in mind. |

Maybe for the first time they want to keep the same characters for a couple of movies. Ya know maybe actually make these movies connected not like the original movies where they dont even mention the fact that Bruce Wayne I guess dumps Women after saving their lives. |

Bravo, Bravo.. I consider this an improvement. But yeah, just change the character, sure some will complain but after seeing the movie everybody will forget. I mean, in Spiderman Mary Jane has always been pivotal to everything, here the character which I dont even remember her name can be erase and more than half of the people going to see the movie wont even remember. |

Sure, she's terrible but it's not as bad as switching actresses.

I wouldn't mind if she was an all new character all together, just don't make her Rachel Dawes. Her character was not that special in the first one, they can write Rachel Dawes out of the movie and it would be great replacing Maggie as a new character...maybe...Selina Kyle? Just kidding. |
