Hopefully you're not completely sick of WATCHMEN yet. We got our hands on the hi-res versions of the stills that are running in this week's issue of Entertainment Weekly. This way you can see it up close and personal, perusing all the corners of the pic for anything hidden you may have missed the first time around. All I can do is stare at Malin Akerman in the background looking insanely hot in that Silk Spectre II outfit...

definitely been waiting for this movie for a long time and while the trailer does lack alot of narrative i think that is what makes the trailer sweet and dr. Manhattan looks friggin amazing

Wow...Watching the Watchmen trailer was fantastic. I can't wait to see it again plus TDK again at the biggest theatre here in DC.

And honestly, I'm up for the Akira live-action as long as it's done well. I'm pretty open to the idea as well. Yeah the fans may be a bit irked that it's going on in Neo-New York but having DiCaprio and Levitt on I think saves it.

Ughh, it actually frightens me thinking about the rotten soul of a man that could believe that an Akira live action movie with DiCaprio would be a good idea. he most likely would be like the other Hell Spawn that secretly work in Hollywood thinking movies like Superhero Movie, Disaster Movie, Dragonball Z, ...etc are good things to subject us fans to.
Ughh, it actually frightens me thinking about the rotten soul of a man that could believe that an Akira live action movie with DiCaprio would be a good idea. he most likely would be like the other Hell Spawn that secretly work in Hollywood thinking movies like Superhero Movie, Disaster Movie, Dragonball Z, ...etc are good things to subject us fans to.

Hmm, well I guess there could be be an "Ultraman" movie with Will Smith or Tyrese in the future...as well...

As for the "Watchmen" film, it looks interesting.

Watchmen is indeed going to be the next big thing. It's just so beautiful just watching the trailer.

and yes docholiday, they are planning an Akira live action with Leo Dicaprio and Joesph Gordon Levitt.

More awesomeness. this movie as of right now looks dead on point with the look. they did say that they were going to use the songs that were in the comic as well so now the only thing left, and it is something we will never know until the movie comes out, is how faithfully they got the story down. i have faith, and right now, this is on my most wanted movie list of course

Jeffrey Dean Morgan's resemblance to Edward Blake still gives me shivers. I think the only guy who looked more like The Comedian was Vic Morrow in "The Bad News Bears."

This movie is going to be INSANE! I can't wait. This has been one of my fave books for years. Moore might just have to eat some crow. Although, he does kinda look like a bum, so that might not be much of a stretch for him. Eating wild animals I mean... Hello?... Is this thing on?... Tough crowd. O_o
