Battle of the Kill Bill Babes might be a difficult one (hey, three ethnicities, three different types of hotness... I thought it would be harder) or I just need to work harder to impress you. I hate exercising my imagination, it gives me such cramps. How about a Battle of the Former Child Stars?
DREW BARRYMORE
She's not only been in the business since she was born, she was born into a famous family. Cute little moppet in E.T., strange-looking kid in CAT'S EYE, her history of drinking and drugging is well documented. As is her multiple short-term marriages, her love of serial monogamy and a "wild child" phase in the '90's that included flashing David Letterman on his birthday and putting daisies behind her ears. Drew's grown up and started her own production company, as well as fallen into a MILF-y kind of hotness despite the fact that she doesn't have any kids. She's been blonde, redheaded and brunette. She has tattoos, smokes pot on the beach with her CHARLIE'S ANGELS co-star, Cameron Diaz while on vacation and loves her men funny and funny looking. What isn't there to love about Drew?

Before hitting it big on "Who's the Boss?" I remembered Alyssa Milano playing the kidnapped daughter of Arnie in COMMANDO. After television tainted her, she moved around in her twenties, hopping from Aaron Spelling's mystical masterpiece, "Melrose Place" and into Spelling's "Charmed" playing a witch. Her movie career never quite took off again, hitting the road blocks of direct-to-video titles like POISON IVY 2 (the original, as some might recall, starred the above mentioned Barrymore) and GLORY DAZE. But little Samantha Micelli has always had that Italian blood hotness to her, despite the path her career has taken her over the years. With a full nudity scene in PATHOLOGY (another movie she's been in that was largely overlooked), it can only get better from here.
KATHERINE HEIGL
She's been in movies since she was fourteen, memorably as the young daughter to Gerard Depardieu in MY FATHER THE HERO, a creepy film where she has her dad pretend to be her lover so that she can attract the attention of an older teenaged boy... and all with her father's consent. I had a hard time getting over that one. But when Heigl immerged in the late '90's as Isabel on "Roswell," I had to sit up and pay attention. She was cleverly bitchy and had grown a rack the size of Toledo. No one can ignore those adolescent hallmarks. Between the cancellation of that show in 2002 and joining the cast of "Grey's Anatomy" in 2005, Heigl was in a whole bunch of crap. Then along came Apatow and she's a hot property once more. (If she ever was particularly hot in the first place.) But my complaints about her career aside, Katherine still has one of the best bodies in the business, far from the skin and bones that has become too familiar.
So, that's that. Now tell me what's what. Who's the hottest Former Child Star?
