Rose McGowan is one of the few hotties that I think can pull off wearing a dress that would otherwise look matronly on another woman. She's got the curves, she's got the old school grace to her composure, she's got that delicious dimple in her chin that makes you want to drink... well, whatever's your poison out of it. Rose was at the luncheon for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association yesterday afternoon, looking like a fine ambassador for our country's actresses.
