Alana Blanchard surfs the pages of Maxim to catch your curl

There's been a lot of attention paid toward Bethany Hamilton, the young female surfer who had her arm bitten off by a shark, but did you know that this particular lovely lady was with her at the time? In the movie SOUL SURFER, Alana Blanchard is played by Lorraine Nicholson (yes, Jack's daughter), making quiet waves herself. From what I've read, not only is she one of the top female surfers right now, she's also a legitimate bikini model, having helped with the fashion design of Rip Curl bikinis and has been seen in the pages of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Edition. Now she's showing the goods in April's issue of Maxim magazine. Hard to think of someone so delicate, so petite, being this monster power surfer.
