Alright, work with me here. I started thinking about women who might have played toys in movies and then I started thinking about women you might have wanted to play with like toys (think playboy bunnies) and then I got bored with all of that thinking and my mind started to wander. Then I remembered that JONAH HEX is getting released this weekend and that someone had to explain to me that he's a bounty hunter of sorts and not really like Ghost Rider (I'm not one of those super cool chicks who will blow you AND read comic books, sorry) and somehow I ended up thinking about Chow Yun-Fat and that he's always been a good bounty hunter-ish kind of character guy and well... here's your battle for the week.

Mira Sorvino

I really liked Mira Sorvino back in the day. I liked that she was talented and hot in a weird kind of way with her awesome body and pointy little nose. I was never all that pleased with many of her roles, feeling as how she could have done better with that Oscar and the acting pedigree that she came from, but the woman also mastered Tarantino for a spell, so it was only natural that the first Chow Yun-Fat babe I could think of was Sorvino in THE REPLACEMENT KILLERS with him. I miss her in those days.

Jaime King

Jaime King isn't one of those babes that I have an affection for. I find her lacking in talent and more than a little shrill in most of her roles or trying to hard to be taken seriously, like she did in the laughable BULLETPROOF MONK, which just took itself too seriously as a whole. (Still love me some Seann William Scott, though.) Jaime can either turn on the hot or turn on the average, but for the most part I've found that she's a popular staple for most guys looking for some simple eye candy.

Emmy Rossum

I fell asleep in the first 20 minutes of trying to watch DRAGONBALL: EVOLUTION, so I'm just going to go with Emmy Rossum as a babe in general with the understanding that she was in the movie with The Fat. (I'm not being culturally insensitive, I really don't understand the changing of names back and forth once you've established your place in film.) Emmy hasn't been featured in many battles (actually, I'm struggling to think if she's been featured in any yet), so she deserves a turn at this game, right?

It was a stretch, but I think there's a good mix here. Which is your favorite Chow Yun-Fat co-star?

Extra Tidbit: I'm feeling dismal about this summer after reading about how down the box office is in comparison to years past. I'm also saddened that the KARATE KID "remake" did so well mainly because it's... well, I'm bummed by it. But last week did yield a good battle, with ScarJo easily outpacing the rest of the competition, getting 35 of the 56 votes, or 63%. Megan Fox was second with 12 (21%) votes and Jessica Biel pulled up the ass of the throw-down with 9 (16%) of the votes. And it sure is sweet how there are those who think I'm too stupid to know how to count. Really. SO sweet.

BTW, Chow Yun-Fat is the guy's actual name; the problem stems from the fact that Chow is his surname (in China the surname comes first), so stupid North Americans occasionally try to call him Yun-Fat Chow in order to make it clearer.
