"The Walking Dead" didn't just kick ass in the ratings this past week, one of its stars, Lauren Cohan was the hands-down-your-pants favorite from the Battle of the AMC babes. We're going to be going through a couple other of the smaller networks who are large on lovely ladies, this time zeroing in on some foxes from Fox. For those of you who mention Zooey, step off. I'm not about to throw in a ringer just because you want one.
Anna Torv, the smartly sexy lead from the vastly in-appreciated (yes, I know that's not a word but how do you describe a show that is appreciated by critics and fans but doesn't get high ratings and isn't ignored by the news media, a source constantly trying to push the show towards more viewer success?) "Fringe," is that scientist type with the brains and the beauty. If anything, the demise of the show will hopefully bring her more high-profile roles.
Emily is my favorite of the Deschanels. I know I've said in the past that it's impossible for me to pick one but especially since Em has become a mama, I love her more. The fact that her personal life trajectory has influenced the slight bend and curve of her (practically autistic) character on "Bones," helps make sense why that show is entering its 8th season and shows no signs of slowing down in the ratings.
You want me to pick a "New Girl" and I will. Canadian television star Hannah Simone is more of a beauty stand out than the lead, Zooey is. Think about it, Zooey and Emily look enough alike that you can't even call Zooey's looks unique. Simone, on the other hand, is a mixture of ethnicity that all adds up to super sexy. That's something new I couldn't never get tired of.
