While they're busily promoting the fact that the two-part miniseries "Bonnie and Clyde" will be airing on three different channels (Lifetime, A&E and History), they're leaving out the fact that all the channels are owned by the same people, so it doesn't really matter which station you use if you're planning on checking in. One of the biggest head scratchers for me is that Miley Cyrus was in the running for the role of Bonnie Parker, one that ultimately went to a completely different actress, the lovely British lass, Holliday Grainger.
The stations are also heavily promoting that this is an "introducing" moment for Grainger, although she's been in other ventures, including "The Borgias," GREAT EXPECTATIONS and JANE EYRE. I like the look of Grainger myself and we all might want to grab hold of her while she's in the smoldering stage; Holliday is set to play Anastasia in the upcoming 2015 live-action retelling of CINDERELLA, which will also star Hayley Atwell, Helena Bonham Carter, and Cate Blanchett.
