What you're about to see ladies and gentlemen is the very reason why the combination of Photoshop alteration and plastic surgery seriously do not combine to make anyone sexier as they get older. As a prime example of this, we'd like to test your knowledge of celebrity faces by playing a little game called "Guess Who The Hottie Is" below. For Exhibit A, we have a photo below that was recently released and will be part of a magazine spread coming out in February. After you've looked at this photo, I want you to try and guess who the person is and comment below. The level of Photoshopping and face alteration is so ridiculous that even I got it wrong the first time. So go ahead and guess away!

The eyes and the cheekbones clued me in. But yeah, it's scary what Photoshop can do. I suspect that she has some seriously awesome genes but that doesn't compensate for her personality.

Gotta add that apparently she's now dissing the hairstyle that made her famous.

“How do I say this?" she says in the February issue of Allure (via the Toronto Star). "I think it was the ugliest haircut I’ve ever seen.”

Not quite Katherine Heigl, but not smart either.
