He might not have been around for the photoshoot but it turns out that Dustin Hoffman is the celebrity asking Claire Danes the questions in the latest Interview magazines on the newsstands now. The "Homeland" actress is very far away from her shy and socially awkward character Angela from the 1990's early cancelled series "My So-Called Life," as she poses topless in the magazine and talks about the difference between the only two roles she's had on a scripted series in her 34-year old life.
"I'd actually only done one series before 'Homeland' and I was 14 when I did it, and we only made 19 episodes-so 'Homeland' has really been my first time aging with a character and experiencing her develop and change," said the actress, who is married to fellow actor Hugh Dancy, whom she has a 10-month old son with.
Danes also explains that when she was first researching how to play her bi-polar afflicted character Carrie Mathison, she took to YouTube to watch videos that individuals with the disorder had posted. "I think a lot of these people are also very eager to share what they're going through because I'm sure it is quite isolating and scary at times. So I would just binge on these," explains Danes.
