Duff Goes International

I live close to Santa Barbara, California so I can safely assure you that there is absolutely nothing international about it. However, here's Hilary Duff posing for pictures on Saturday for the Santa Barbara International Film Festival in something that I can only describe as a matte trash bag. She's such a pretty girl and she's looking great with the meatier, more lean and muscular thick looking body (as opposed to just the straight skinny look) but why is she covering it up in this mess? Luckily, she's such a beautiful girl with a fantastic smile that if you look at her from the shoulders up, it's easy to forgive her tragic fashion choice.
