I'd like to write something up about Ellen Page that doesn't need to refer to her sexuality, but it seems like that's still the topic of conversation swirling around her at this point, permeating everything she does up to and including photo shoots like this one for The Hollywood Reporter. I guess I don't understand how this being a lesbian thing works. For instance, what's with the suit? It seems like she's perfectly fine with looking like a woman, at least as far as magazine spreads go. So isn't it a bit silly to dress like a guy yet still groom yourself as a woman? She looks like a really cute girl who's clothes were stolen in front of a Men's Warehouse and was forced to make do with the nearest available option. Perhaps I'm just too much of a heterosexual male to understand what the deal is here, but going by nothing more than the quality of her sans necktie pics here, I'd say a more feminine approach to fashion is her better bet. But then again I'm biased. If trucker hats and men's clothing are what makes Ellen comfortable, well, I guess that's just how it has to be. At least until the next photo shoot.
