Emmy Rossum is another up and coming hottie that's been in some high profile films, but still manages to keep a lower profile. You've seen her in THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, POSEIDON, and THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW (she had a disaster fetish), but her last film was the turkey DRAGONBALL: EVOLUTION. Since that misfire, she went into hiding (probably more like witness protection) but will reemerge this Sunday in the Showtime series 'Shameless'. Showtime's been nipping at the heels of HBO with it's shows over the past few years, with 'Dexter', 'Weeds', and 'Californication' being huge guilty pleasures of mine, so I can imagine 'Shameless' being in the same vein of quality. Plus, O.G. William H. Macy himself is playing a main character, which should give Emmy's series some further credibility. These photos of Emmy are from an Esquire magazine interview, and have me hoping Showtime delivers more of the brunette beauty in a graphic manner. Since nudity is the easiest way to ensure a series is "daring"...right???
