I think I might be the only person who feels that the original FRIDAY THE 13TH needed an update. It was supposed to count on banking off the unexpected popularity of the original HALLOWEEN (kinda like the remakes are doing now) and while it has gone down as a horror classic, if you really watch it, there's nothing all that spectacular there. So updating it with some jazzy 21st Century cinema techniques in sound and picture will be good. Oh, and keeping it hardcore R rated? Even better. Here were some of the hotties on hand for the premiere.
