I'm quite sure I've made it abundantly clear that I despise country music, on more occasions than called for. It's twangy, easy to do, and easier to sell. Not to mention CMT is basically trying to become the next MTV, a money-swallowing tornado making commercials out of music videos. That doesn't mean I don't find many country singers incredibly attractive (Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, LeAnn Rimes, Dolly Parton, the naked cowboy in Times Square). My latest favorite addition to the world of CMT is Hayden Panettiere, who's only reason for joining the dark side of the force is to promote her drama series "Nashville". She just made an appearance at yet ANOTHER (totally non-commercial, non-self-gratifying) CMT award show, CMT Artists of the Year, in Tennessee. I noticed a lot of the female presenters go on stage in a completely different outfit than what they arrived in, Hayden included. Do they have a dressing area backstage? Can I have access to it??
