Here's Zooey Deschanel looking characteristically happy at a press conference for her new show The New Girl, which got a surprising amount of viewership during its premiere. Considering how awful the promo trailer for the show was, I can only surmise that it's the overwhelming power of Zooey and her adorableness that won over all those who had any doubt or sickening spells of revulsion over that horrible trailer. Unfortunately I didn't catch the show, which isn't a big surprise since my TV is mostly for games and Blu-Rays at this point. Ever since I found out that my DVR uses almost half as much energy as your typical refrigerator, I tend to avoid having it on all that much. Meh, it's not really my kind of show anyway. Someone shoot me an email if she shows some decent skin, though.
