Last weekend, there were no wide releases to get people excited over. This lead me to hoping THE MUPPETS would pick up some of the revenue they should have earned over the sparkling vampire baby last weekend, but clearyly my judgment about what people like is piss poor. Perhaps you were all just saving your dough to buy tickets to NEW YEAR'S EVE this weekend. There are some good stars mixed amongst peeps like Ashton Kutcher, but let's look at one of the newbies instead and end the debate on her hotness factor, shall we?
I don't like "Glee." I've tried. I have actually cringed my way through a whopping 7 minutes of the show before I got up and had to dry heave over the kitchen sink (no white guy like Matthew Morrison should try to recapture Boyz II Men's "Poison" in any way, shape or form). The brief interludes that I had experiencing Michele's character Rachel didn't fare any better. She reminds me of that needy, obsessive chick from high school whose life revolved around herself and how other people affected her life, not vice versa.
The roughest part is that I really don't like something about her. She's not as ugly as some of her most ardent haters proclaim her to be. I've heard quotes comparing her to Abe Vigoda because of her unusually shaped (by Hollywood standards) nose which I can honestly I feel is unfair. There's nothing all that wrong about her looks. But from all the constant chatter about her diva antics behind the scenes on the set and other stars chatting about how she's stand-offish and possesses a sense of self-importance that someone with as little resume experience as shehas, I just end up wanting to punch her in the tittay if I see her in person.
Body wise... well, being a vegan has always had its advantages. She might not have the breast meat that so many guys prefer, but after that pseudo pedo-bear spread that she and a couple other "Glee" stars did for GQ magazine, even if you're not a fan of the face, there are paper bags aplenty to resolve that dilemma. She's rockin' a thin but fit frame that I find very little fault in. Still..... I can't call her hot. Too many other factors prevent me from doing so.
What do you think of Lea Michele?
