has already addressed the hullabaloo that went around the internet in its lightning fast fashion by explaining how she ended up on the cover of Rolling Stone with an error glitched version of the Constitution inked on her back. The star of "Veep" took to Twitter to explain that "In my defense, I was in a drunken stupor"
when people began to lose their shit over the fact that the graphic on her back included the John Hancock signature even though the patriot never signed that document. In Rolling Stone's defense, I've got to say that there's plenty of people who would love to slap their Hancock on Julia's bare back, so it's all good in my opinion.
