Katharine McPhee is successfully tight for the business

Katharine McPhee is supposed to be remembered from American Idol, right? I didn't know this was the case when I saw her in HOUSE BUNNY. I thought she was a cute little hippy chick in that flick, some pretty face who was semi-unknown and could carry off the fake pregnant belly and sing a little bit when it was called for. I read through the gossip sites that she was an AI alumni and didn't think much of it. I haven't heard any of her music, so I supposed that she must have finished either first or second on whichever season she was on, since aside from the first season, the winners or top-placers of that show never seem to be successful musically. I must say that I like her in this super tight bandage dress that she's wearing to the opening of the Broadway show "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," the Broadway version featuring Harry Potter. What I wouldn't do to be given the chance to ride that kid to the ground and fix his unibrow.

Extra Tidbit:	I understand that famous chicks wear those nude colored high heels to give the visual impression that they have longer legs, but damn they look dumb.

Yes, Cherry, Katharine finished second (to Taylor Hicks, of all people) on season 5 of Idol. She had a few iffy performances but seemed to ride her EXTREMELY good looks to the finale. Honestly, next to Jennifer Connelly and Catherine Zeta-Jones, I think she has the most beautiful face I've ever seen.
