After getting flak earlier in the year for dying her hair a dark brunette color, it looks as if Katherine Heigl has done a violent 180 and bleached the crap out of her locks. I'm not sure if I prefer this over the other, so I'm going to close my eyes and mentally teleport myself back to the time that she was on "Roswell," looking fierce and fine and I didn't know so much about her personal life and opinions which tainted me being able to focus on much else.
Heigl was out in Los Angeles yesterday to start a charity foundation called The Compassion Revolution under her late brother's (Jason Debus Heigl) name. Jason was killed in a car accident in 1986 at the age of 15, so the family started the foundation to help raise funds for what he was most compassionate about - animals. They have focused most recently on the overpopulation of animals due to the financial strain that has left many former pet owners to abandon their furry family members. The motto currently is, "Where there's a will, there's a spay."
