I'm convinced you could dress up Katy Perry in nothing more than garbage and newspaper, and the results would be nothing less than stunning. Every photo I see of her, both her face and cleavage look damn near heavenly (although you could argue that cleavage itself is a gift from the God's). She performed in a "VH1 Divas Salute The Troops" concert during the weekend, and she definitely gave the troops some eye candy for all their hard work. Just look at that Jessica Rabbit inspired dress above, or the leggy American flag pinup girl below. Her beauty is almost timeless. I could see her painted on the side of a WWII bomber, just as easily as I could see her posted on a GI's locker via a Maxim magazine spread. Solid choice by VH1 for having her perform for the troops.
