There are a handful of people who have decided to be a bit riled up over comments Kirsten Dunst has made in the Sophia Coppola directed interview for the current issue of W magazine. In light of the allegations made against director Brian Singer regarding improprieties he may have shown toward a 17-year old male back in 2004.
When Coppola questioned Dunst as to whether she had ever been "pounced" on by a director, Dunst replied, "I don't give off that vibe. I think that you court that stuff, and to me it's crossing a boundary that would hinder the trust in your working relationship."
This isn't the first time that Kiki has ruffled the feathers of her Hollywood colleagues. In an interview with Harper's Bazaar UK, Dunst extolled the virtues of being a throwback feminine ideal. "I feel like the feminine has been a little undervalued. We all have to get our own jobs and make our own money, but staying at home, nurturing, being the mother, cooking - it's a valuable thing my mom created. And sometimes, you need your knight in shining armor. I'm sorry. You need a man to be a man and a woman to be a woman. That's why relationships work."
