Kristen Bell is red hot for the Tokyo premiere of Flopesque

While BURLESQUE might have stayed in the top 10 box office money makers for this previous weekend, if you factor in the movie's $60+ million budget (not including the cost of promotion, something that seemed to be a costly push with the incessant ads and billboards), the total American gross of only $27 million renders it a flop thus far. And yes, I get the whole "It will make up for its losses in the worldwide market" angle but I'm just not buying it. Even the pull of the irresistibly cute Kristen Bell can't get me to muster up more than a shoulder shrug of interest over eventually watching it on DVD. She's so cute... someone please give her something better than what she's ended up with in her career so far.
