Kruger for Basterds

Well, our own J.A. Hamilton didn't care for INGLORIOUS BASTERDS as a movie, but he did give the Blu-Ray release a fairly good rating based mainly on the large amount of extras that they included. I have to ask him what he thinks of IB co-star Diane Kruger and her extra, Joshua Jackson at the Blu-Ray launch that they did in L.A. I still think of Jackson as the MIGHTY DUCKS kid, but the blonde bombshell, in my meager opinion, was strong as Bridget von Hammersmark in the movie. I know, I know... I'm mostly alone in my thoughts that the chicks in the movie rocked, but I'm still entitled to them.

Yeah, I'm never against reading subtitles, so after Melanie Laurent wowed me in IB, I started checking out her other work in French and it's all pretty damn good.

I'm absolutely in agreement with Mark Rumsfield here, I didn't love Inglourious Basterds, but I was a HUGE fan of Melanie Laurent's performance

Coincidentally, I didn't care for that movie but I thought the chicks in it rocked. I found this movie to be very repetitive, long conversations meant to generate suspense because you know at the end of each conversation violence will erupt. QT used this formula in a lot of his other movies but never for the entire movie. I also hated the villain in Inglourious Basterds, he was extremely annoying, but people love this character. And I wish both Diane Kruger and Melanie Laurent's storylines
