Well, this shouldn't come as any big surprise to anyone, but it seems that there are reports going around that Lindsay Lohan is finally going to be serving some "real" jail time when she goes before the judge on May 20th for the progress hearing on her court mandated alcohol education classes.
What's the big deal? As a part of a plea bargain in one of the many times that Lilo has had to go to court in compliance with her many law-breaking antics, she was told that she needed to attend the alcohol education classes every 7 days. Thing is, the California school which she enrolled in only is required by law to report attendance (or the lack thereof) every 21 days, so Lohan had a tendency of showing up on that 21st day to avoid being reported delinquent.
So it boils down to Lindz thinking that if she followed the school guidelines about reporting attendance, she wouldn't get caught for not attending the mandated every 7 days requirement that she was handed down. The judge has reportedly made it clear that this was her last chance and that any violation to his orders will result in jail time. Tune in around May 20th to see if there will be another "celeb" hitting the booking chambers and then getting out a few hours later.
