Lindsay Lohan: Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200...Go Straight to Jail!

Here it is folks! The newest mug shot for what I'm sure will not be the last for fallen from grace hottie Lindsay Lohan. The part-time actress/full-time cocaine user was denied bail in court this morning and ordered back to jail until her Oct. 22nd hearing (I'm sure she'll be knee deep in snow Tony Montana style way before then). Lindsay was reported to be shocked by the judge�s ruling (funny how celebrities have no grasp of reality) and handcuffed immediately while in the courtroom. Lindsay definitely seems to appear at peace in that mug shot, so maybe she�s hoping to land a role in the next GANGLAND installment dealing with the �Hollywood Mafia�. I�m crossing my fingers that she emerges with a tattoo tear drop to further her street cred.

Many of the greats in Hollywood had/have drug problems. Unfortunately, the drugs frequently contributed to the greatness (I'm looking at you Belushi, Farley, & Busey). Anyone can come back (until they OD). I honestly don't know why people hate on this chick so much. [link] who do drugs FAR outnumber those who don't. It's a fact. I don't like or dislike Lohan, but I think it's ridiculous that she's in jail for recreational drug use while real criminals walk the street. She's not a danger to

What she is doing is awful? To who?? Are you any safer because Lindsay Lohan is in jail? No. She's not hurting anyone but herself. I would rather have the dealer, or a gang member, or a real criminal locked away in that cell. Wasting jail space on Lindsay Lohan who likes to toke up in her own home is a waste of court time, taxes and valuable jail space. There's your common sense.

I guess DUI charges don't count as putting other people in harms way? LOL. An incredibly moronic thing to say, as people driving under the influence is a huge danger to EVERYONE.

Get this bitch off the streets for 10 years, stop being so soft on these celebutards. Imagine some black guy getting arrested constantly for cocaine possession and use, eventually they'd throw away the key. But Lohan gets infinite chances because she was in Mean Girls.

I have to agree with JohnSpartan to a point. I don't see anywhere he says DUI isn't a crime. Her DUI was 2 years ago. Granted her charges today are related, but she was not driving so her drinking or whatever wasn't endangering anyone. Why are we (CA residents) paying thousands of dollars in tax money every time she decides to have a beer? This latest development is nothing but $$ driven. Think about it, if she wasn't famous she would have received 6 month license suspension, $1k fine, and in the case of repeat offenders or if an accident is involved jail time starting at 96 hours. That is the DUI penalty here in CA. But no, she's famous, so there are endless court appearances at $10k+ each, years of alcohol monitoring also at tens of thousands of dollars, hearings, meetings, MY tax dollar funded rehab, all so that $$ can change hands. She spends 15 minutes in court, then gets paid $2500 per tweet on her experience. She's not the problem, the CA justice system is and we as the consumers who click on these links are. I agree, put real criminals in jail and let her do whatever she wants in her own home, with luck she will OD. I am sick of paying the bill.

Revolving door legal system.

Remember the good old days when you wanted to promote an upcoming project you just did the talk show circuit or red carpet openings. Who knew the Californian legal system is just another publicity tool of Hollywood? Like always she'll get a slap on the wrists or fanny & off she'll go again to do some more partying & drugs. Why do you think she's smiling in these pics. The U.S. should re-institute exile from the country like they did to Charlie Chaplin. Just keep her out of Canada please.
