I happen to have a certain appreciation for a Hollywood babe who can dress down in public and look comfortable and still cute while doing it. Hilary Duff is one of those chicks who bought stock in the patent when it comes to just being herself, not letting any of her attention or fame go to her head by her clear nonchalance over needing to look perfect when she's just hanging out on the beach with friends. I wish there were more pictures of other actresses like this and less of those that are staged and the chick looks way too perfect to have been caught off guard. Kudos, Ms. Duff.
