You would think that as such an itty-bitty little thing, Lucy Hale wouldn't have that many issues about her size. As the "Pretty Little Liar," who was once referred to as being "little but big" on the show, Lucy talks about her body image issues in an interview with Company magazine.
“I’m very happy to talk about this," the petite brunette shares. "Once my body image struggles were out there, I realized that my experience might help someone else. I feel pressure all the time to look a certain way, so if I can relieve that pressure for someone else, then great. You’re in front of a camera all day, so of course some days you wake up and feel gross, but in the past year I’ve gotten better. My body is normal and I’m not trying to prove anything.”
Hale also gets into how she originally intended to get into music but stumbled onto success in acting first and is now returning to her "first love" with a return to Memphis to record country music. Check out the November issue of Company magazine, on newsstands now.
