Magazine: Carmen Electra is Regarded with a lot of Photoshop

There's something charming enough about Carmen Electra as a "celebrity personality" that keeps her employed for minor movie roles and layouts in little-known magazines like the February issue of Regard. The nitty-gritty of Carmen is that she had a singing career that could barely scrape by being described as a one-hit-wonder type of success (she had one hit, right?) that was garnered because of her affair with the man in Purple. Then she became the C-D wife of Dennis Rodman and gained more notoriety than fame. With her second marriage to guitarist Dave Navarro looking like a match made in weirdo heaven (who can forget those wedding invites of the pair nude on coroner's slabs with "Til Death Do We Part" emblazoned on them?) crumbling down after a few years, Carmen turned to the Movie movies and well... like I said, amazingly, after all of that, she's still vaguely charming. Gotta at least hand that to her in the win column.
