Jennifer Lawrence has a spread in this months GQ and she's looking pretty good in it. She's a bit of a chameleon this one. Looking up her resume online, I find that I've seen her in quite a few things before, yet never really took all that notice of her. Not like I do now, anyway. This latest round of revealing photo spreads and appearances seems have really put her on the media radar. That and her Oscar nom, obviously.
I recently caught her in WINTER'S BONE and really got a handle on why she was nominated. It's a good movie, which was surprising to me, as I didn't think they could make a convincing drama out of poor, white trash. That's a nice testament to Jennifer's ability.
Hotness mixed with genuine talent is a win-win in my book.
