I got really pissed that the local theater I prefer to watch my movies at (one where I rack up my Regal Crown Card points) wasn't showing MI:4 in anything but IMAX. While some of you are comfortable paying the extra money for the IMAX experience, let me just explain that our local theater claims that it's IMAX and really... it's not. So paying extra is like paying for a hooker who looks
like a chick but turns out to be a dude. And if I want to see Paula Patton
in all of her babetacular glory, I don't need to see it in IMAX. I can go but a copy of the January issue of Complex magazine for cheaper than a matinee price of a ticket these days. I think. Hell, how much do magazines cost these days? I haven't paid for one of those in years, thanks to the coffee shops inside of my local bookstores.
