I think I've been singing Abby Elliott's
praises ever since she first began appearing on the late-night sketch show, "Saturday Night Live," partly because she really is such a hottie, partly because she does a killer mocking impersonation of Anna Faris and partly because it's nearly impossible to believe that this good looking of a creature sprang from the loins of Chris Elliott. It's great that fashion magazines aimed at the male demographic, such as Maxim here but also big credit to GQ and Esquire recently, have caught onto the fact that funny women are sexier than the generic hottie that Hollywood foists upon the market. But I am a little confused with this layout because Abby doesn't quite look exactly like Abby. Love the underwear, love the smirk on her face, but Photoshopping dudes? She's hot just the way she is, without every single little thing airbrushed silly. Sooner you learn that (as it seems was the case when they first started handling Tina Fey's layouts and have come to understand that people like her, scar and all, and left well enough alone), sooner the entire world can catch onto Abby like I have.
