As a chick, I look at Leighton Meester in these pictures and think, "Hey, ugly dress but wherever did you get those boots?" Meester apparently is still attempting to work the rocker chick angle, picking up some styling tips that Samantha Fox must have used during the mid-'80's acid-washed days. Naughty girls need a lot of things and for Leighton, it's a proper stylist. This is one hot chick when she wants to be but the person who is creating her little "edgy" ensembles needs to find the right amount of hot to go with the kitsch because this otherwise lovely girl is drowning in a sea of hot mess right now.

i actually like the outfit and especially the boots that let her toes peek out. and looking at that pic of her from behind sure makes it hard to type with one hand.
